At Crank Motorsport, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

14-Day Returns

 

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, including change-of-mind purchases, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition.

  • Includes all original packaging and accessories.

  • Is securely repackaged to prevent damage during return transit.

 

Change of Mind Returns

 

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-faulty returned items.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed for 90% of the original purchase price. Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or is missing an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Your order details.

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 5 business days to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, so once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may request changes to your delivery address or delivery option within 4 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer support team.

Important Information

  • Returns are available for Australian orders only.

  • All returned items are inspected before a refund is approved.

  • Items damaged due to inadequate return packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Please ensure your item is packaged securely in its original or equivalent packaging.
